Kentucky's highly-touted freshman forward Patrick Patterson has started the exhibition season strong. He scored 17 pts., going 6 for 6 from the field and 5 for 5 from the free throw line. He also pulled in 7 rebounds, got 4 assists, and blocked 3 shots against Seattle University Saturday night.

Kentucky opens the regular season in the 2k Sports College Hoops Classic, then they have a light non-conference schedule.
